We are a British couple with over 20 years business experience.

It is our aim to provide and maintain a standard of service to the highest level. The services we provide are designed to meet the requirements of each individual property.

Chelis have access to a workforce of around 100 personnel from all trades through our close links with one of the major construction companies in North Cyprus.

The partners of Chelis are Mahmut Bora, David Clark and Diane Clark. David and Diane moved to Cyprus from the UK in 2003, where they both ran successful companies. After being in Cyprus for several months and meeting a lot of property owners who were looking for reliable people to manage their properties, we decided to form Chelis Property Management and Letting.
