MANAGEMENT
- CHELIS will log a complete inventory of your property internal and external.*
- We will make regular checks of your property whilst unoccupied and give a full report to you of any maintenance work required to building, garden and pool.
- We will arrange and oversee any necessary repairs, and any regular maintenance work.
- We will be on hand to deal with any emergencies.
- We will make sure that any household bills, e.g. Telephone, Electricity, Water are paid on time.
- *Denotes service optional at extra charge.
The management service is free of charge when subscribing to our letting services.
LETTING
- CHELIS will advertise your property on our website.
- We will advertise your property through our British associate.
- We will be available to accompany any prospective clients to inspect the property prior to any rental agreement being signed.
- We will keep the owner informed, of any problems occurring with the property or the client's.
- We will collect from the client a bond, refundable at the end of the let, unless there are items missing or damaged in which case such cost will be deducted from the bond and the net figure paid back to the client.
- We will liase with the owner and keep a diary.
- A courtesy visit will be arranged the day after arrival.
- We will check all the services are in working order for your clients arrival.
- We will arrange for your property to be thoroughly cleaned for each new arrival.
- A weekly laundry service can also be arranged. More often if required.
- Bill payment service is also included in our letting service.
- We will check the inventory at the end of each let and secure your property after your guests depart.
- We will give regular security checks of your property whilst unoccupied.
- We will check your property after storms and inform you of any damage.
